Olive II - 'Olea europaea'

This 35-year-old European olive bonsai, or Olea europaea, is a type of evergreen plant native to Europe and parts of the Middle East and Africa. Its leaves are narrow, shiny and leather-like, forming white flowers before producing olives. Some species of the plant can live for over 1,000 years, though the European olive bonsai is the only variety that features fruit.
